A : ご注文確定後、5~7営業日以内（土日祝を除きます）に発送いたします。

A : 商品購入時に指定できる配送方法をご選択ください。お届け日時指定の場合は「ゆうパック」をご選択ください。
クリックポスト、レターパック、定形外郵便での配達日時の指定はできません。あらかじめご了承ください。
＊原画やポスターを一緒にご注文した際は、他の商品と分けて発送する場合がございます。到着が別日になる可能性がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

A：現在、日本国内のみの発送となっております。海外発送が可能になりましたら、SNSやホームページでお知らせいたします。

Q: About international shipping

A: Currently, my shop only ship within Japan. When international shipping becomes available, I will inform you via SNS and my website.

Q : 到着した商品に不良・不備があった場合
A :  商品が不良・不備の場合は改めて発送いたします。その際は大変お手数ですが商品到着後1週間以内にメールにてご連絡ください。

商品が品切れの場合は、返金させていただきます。

Q : If the item you received is defective
A : Please contact me by e-mail.  I will send you a new one.  If the product is out of stock, I will give you a refund.

Q : 商品の交換・キャンセルに関して
A : 商品に不備があった場合のみご対応させていただきます。
誠に申し訳ございませんが、お客様のご都合による交換・キャンセルは出来ません。あらかじめご了承ください。

Q : If you would like to exchange the item
A : I will exchange only if the item you received is defective. 
I will not be able to accept any exchanges because of the customers’ personal preferences.
