Q : ご注文から発送まで
A : ご注文確定後、5~7営業日以内（土日祝を除きます）に発送いたします。
お急ぎの場合は備考欄（注文時）より、その旨お知らせください。
その際はできる限り早く発送していますが、ご希望に添えない場合もございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Q : From your order to the shipment
A : After your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Q : 到着した商品に不良・不備があった場合
A :  商品が不良・不備の場合は改めて発送いたします。その際は大変お手数ですが商品到着後1週間以内にメールにてご連絡ください。

商品が品切れの場合は、返金させていただきます。

Q : If the item you received is defective
A : Please contact me by e-mail.  I will send you a new one.  If the product is out of stock, I will give you a refund.

Q : 商品の交換・キャンセルに関して
A : 商品に不備があった場合のみご対応させていただきます。
誠に申し訳ございませんが、お客様のご都合による交換・キャンセルは出来ません。あらかじめご了承ください。

Q : If you would like to exchange the item
A : I will exchange only if the item you received is defective. 
I will not be able to accept any exchanges because of the customers’ personal preferences.
